L'Enclume Residency at Bather's Pavillion
Following the success of our residency in 2023, we are very excited to be once again running a L’Enclume residency at @batherspavilion in Sydney from Wednesday 16 July to Sunday 24 August.
Simon, alongside valuable L’Enclume team members and long-serving staff from all our restaurants, will head to Bathers’ Pavilion to serve a brand new menu, wine flights and a cellar list. The team has already begun collaborating with local artisans to create custom crockery, hand-forged cutlery, glassware, bespoke art installations, table settings, uniforms, and more.
For our Australian friends or those who didn’t get the chance to join us in 2023, reservations go live on the Bathers’ Pavilion website at 10 am Australia time (AEDT) on Thursday 13th February.
Our restaurants in the UK (L’Enclume, Rogan & Co, Aulis, Henrock) will continue to run as normal with my fantastically talented teams.
