What a week we've had in Hong Kong, marking the final leg of Our Academy programme for our second year students.

Our apprentices, alongside the Rosewood Hong Kong trainees and International Culinary Institute students, served up a remarkable six course tasting menu at the Rosewood on the 2nd and 3rd September and we couldn't be more proud of what they achieved. We're so impressed with the talent and passion shown by all the students and the teamwork required to pull off such an excellent event.

Our team is at the core of what we do, so it was a pleasure to work with the Rosewood and International Culinary Institute who uphold similar philosophies about the future of the next generation of our industry.
